1. Paid membership fees are not refundable for any reasons
2. Membership transfers are not permitted. Only the registered member can use their account, and it cannot be transferred to other person.
3. Members or www.EQTeaching.com may terminate the services for a valid reason.
4. www.EQTeaching.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate member's access without notice, upon any breach of this agreement or any illegal, abusive use of membership.
5. In the event of membership account termination, the paid membership fees are not refundable as mentioned in clause 1 above.
6. www.EQTeaching.com reserves rights to alter these terms and conditions at anytime with a notice to members.
7. www.EQTeaching.com is not liable for any lost, lost opportunity, indirect, special exemplary, consequential, incidental or punitive damages whatsoever.
8. Members understand that www.EQTeaching.com only can connect two parties/members, but www.EQTeaching.com cannot do any verification on the members, and cannot guarantee the character & behavior of the members. After successfully connecting two members, it is members duty to verify and clarify each party in detail before proceeding further, on which www.EQTeaching.com has no control on.
9. www.EQTeaching.com does not offer any kind of guarantee or warranty.
10. We do not accept registrations from any other similar services or brokers. If any such entities found in our website www.EQTeaching.com, immediately such profiles will be terminated without notice, and the paid membership fees are not refundable as mentioned in clause 1 above, and we shall proceed legal actions against such activity.
